Some Things I’m Loving…

With Valentine’s Day around the corner, I wanted to share this recipe for a super quick + super easy + super delicious Microwave Sticky Toffee Pudding. I made it a couple weeks ago and it was a winner. A majority of the ingredients are items you probably have in your pantry right now…and being able whip up a dessert like this in the microwave? Game changer!

Anna Husemann is a textile and knitwear designer from Hamburg, Germany. I first discovered her work in 2021 when I spotted her Silvatica shawl design in an issue of Pom Pom Quarterly and I’ve been a fan ever since.

She uses the Intarsia knitting technique in many of her designs and released a book, called Intarsia Knits a couple years ago. I absolutely adore her design sense, her color choices…and could spend way too much time browsing through her Instagram feed. 

To this day, the Silvatica shawl is still on my must-knit list and I would absolutely love to put yarn kits together for the project and do a class for it! Would you be interested in joining me? If so, shoot me a message!
